1. Products & Orders

  • We sell bedding products: down comforters and latex pillows.

  • Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices.

  • Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings and natural material variations (fabric dye lots, down fill, latex texture). These variations are not defects.

  • We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

⚠️ IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNINGS

For Down Comforters:

  • Keep away from open flames and heat sources.

  • Not intended for use by infants without supervision (suffocation risk).

  • Follow care instructions to prevent damage.

For Latex Pillows:

  • Natural latex may cause allergic reactions in individuals with latex sensitivity. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Synthetic latex (hypoallergenic) options are available.

  • Do not use if pillow is torn, punctured, or damaged (small parts may pose choking hazard).

  • Not a toy: Keep away from infants and young children – pillow may pose suffocation risk.

  • Do not expose to direct sunlight or high heat (degrades latex over time).

3. Flammability Standards
Our products comply with applicable U.S. safety standards:

  • Down Comforters: 16 CFR Part 1632 (fill materials), 16 CFR Part 1610 (outer fabrics).

  • Latex Pillows: 16 CFR Part 1610 (covers). Latex foam meets applicable flammability requirements.

4. FTC Textile Labeling Compliance
All textile products comply with:

  • Textile Fiber Products Identification Act (15 U.S.C. § 70) – fiber content, country of origin, manufacturer.

  • 16 CFR Part 303 – labeling requirements.

  • Care Labeling Rule (16 CFR Part 423) – permanent care instructions.

  • Country of origin is clearly disclosed (e.g., "Made in China," "Imported").

5. Law Labels / URN Requirements
For down comforters (filled products), many U.S. states require a permanent Law Label with a Uniform Registry Number (URN). Our products bear the required labeling, including URN (e.g., CA-12345 (CN)) and "Do Not Remove Under Penalty of Law" warning where applicable.

6. Intellectual Property
All site content is our property and protected by copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or misuse (e.g., allergic reactions, dissatisfaction with warmth/firmness, damage from improper care).

8. Governing Law
Governed by laws of the state in which seller is based.
