Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your bedding purchase. Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of these products, please review our policy carefully.

Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery only for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original, sealed packaging with all tags attached. For down comforters, this means the vacuum-sealed packaging must be unopened. For latex pillows, the original plastic wrap must be intact.

Strictly Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any product that has been opened, used, or shows any signs of wear:

  • Down Comforters (once the packaging is opened, the comforter has been removed, or shows any signs of use)

  • Latex Pillows (once the plastic wrap is removed, the pillow has been used, or shows any signs of use)

  • Any product marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"

  • Items with removed tags, damaged packaging, or any signs of use

Return Process for Eligible Unopened Items

  1. Contact us for a Return Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days. Returns without RMA will not be accepted.

  2. Pack items securely in original packaging with all tags and protective materials intact. Down comforters must be returned in their original vacuum-sealed packaging.

  3. Customer pays return shipping. We recommend trackable, insured service.

  4. Refund issued within 10 business days after receipt and inspection. Original shipping fees non-refundable.

Exchanges
To exchange an unopened item for a different size or style, please follow the return process above. Once your return is processed, place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective straight out of its packaging, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue and the unopened packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Color & Material Variations
Due to differences in monitor settings and natural variations in materials (fabric dye lots, down fill, latex texture), actual colors and textures may vary slightly. These minor variations are not considered defects.
